short explanation

xanphibianI'd like to apologize for any confusion to my flist. If you haven't noticed (and most of you probably haven't) I made my entire journal private except for some filtered posts (which don't do mass privating via LJ and I'm too lazy to make them private anyway).
I have socks for fic and icons, and a journal for close friends that updates on RL happenings.
I don't know if I'm going to abandon this journal completely or if I just need a break from the scrutiny I feel like I've been under. I still use the flist here to read from time to time, mostly filtered.
I'm not in a very good place in my offline life right now. I've always been open about things in this journal, but in the past few months it's just left me feeling raw and exposed. I hope you understand.
Good thoughts, candle lightings, prayers: however you worship or care for others, I would appreciate them for my family right now. Thank you.
